In Smedjebacken at the Nordic Indoor Championships 2009
was Swedish Golddigger history written.
The first annual meeting of
the Federation of Swedish Golddiggers
(FSG) was held there.
The meeting was attended by people from 5 different associations.
and to this day three associations (GGF, KGF and ÖNG)
has chosen to be included.
The Federation is open to all Swedish associations
whose activity is Gold-/Mineral-prospecting,
Gold Panning, Mineral-/Gem-hunting,
and Geology in public.
